I've been lurking around for a while, and finally decided to read the Trinity books, ( So far I've only read the first 2, but an enthralled already).

What exactly is the ice Maiden?

I think you're talking about the Silver Maiden as in Kiss of the silver Maiden that kills people by slicing them in half and would have killed Locky if Figgis hadn't stopped it? Or am I missing something here?<img src=hrug">

Draco you are correct. Once more you are right. Do you hate being correct all the time?

Well it is a burden we both carry... but we can handle it eh?

I think Figgis did actually stop the silver maiden, Tor thinks it when Figgis holds up nine fingers and Tor realises that he is the Nineth Paladin

True cb1 but if you look at it from his point of view, the reaction is understandable, he couldn't cope with the grief that the woman he loved most in the world left him alone with a young daughter by going and dying. Granted, he should have made a bigger effort to get on with his life but with Allysa being a constant reminder of what he had lost and the fact that she was almost identical in looks wouldn't have made the process any easier.

Believe me, a loony with a book jumping up and down on a train is highly amusing, for the loony at least!:crazy

I laugh all the way through slasher flicks like scream and i know what you did last easter....i mean last summer. And when my class watched Halloween H20 we pissed ourselves laughing everytime Michael 'died'. My personal rules for slasher/horror flicks are
'Never go any where by yourself'
'Always have more than one weapon on you, just in case the killer has also thought of this'
'Assume that the killer is someone you've met in the near past even if only for a few seconds'
'Never assume that the killer is dead just because you saw them with twenty knives sticking throught their chest'
'There will always be a friend/family member/deranged 'fan' of the original killer who will continue the bloody crusade their friend/family member/hero started, so even if you do kill the killer, you're still not safe!'

And if you like spoof films (Johnny English is a good example of spoof comedy as is Dracula, dead and loving it staring Leslie Neilson) you should check out Shreek If You Know What I Did Last Friday The Thirteenth and Silence of the Hams.

Shreek takes off some of the teen slasher films like scream, i know what you did last summer and so on. And Silence makes fun of Alfred Hitchcocks Psycho, Silence of the Lambs and several others. As a bonus, it has Roul Jullia (Gomez from the Addams family movie) in it. There is a sequel to Silence of the Hams called Jarrisic Pork but I have yet to see it.

Don't you mean iron maiden?

Princess is the custard maiden. Maybe it's iced custard?

The maiden I think you mean... its sort of a device for parting your hair and the rest of your body away from each other...

its sort of like the ancient killing device THE MULE.

Dont you find that when no-one listens to you, you are right, but when they do, you are wrong?

Just like the time I said that there was a wolf hiding behind the tree in my backyard, but everyone said I was stupid, and it gobbled everyone up,but if they listened, it would only be the peeping tom from next door.

I was listening but in English... so did not understand it.

It was almost as sensible as Big Hills counting to 5.

OK. If you say something, and no-one listens to you, you are always right. But if they DO listen to you, you are wrong.:rollin ( Oh, I just spend a good minute trying to catch the little rolling emoticon until I realised I could click anywhere on the line.:lol )

Dawny I would never criticise anyones English. My command of the English language is so pathetic, I could not nor would dare not criticise anyone else.
