To the Adelaide Chapter of the FM appreciation society.

Why don't we all get together and have a dinner for Fiona?

It's better than waiting for the Diiner with the author!

Maybe August 1 would be a good day for us all to congregate and display our new copies of DESTINY.

What do you all think?

Steve

Fiona

I will put pressure on Border's to unpack the books on August 1. Can we arrange the Adelaide lot to meet In Rundle mall to all buy the book together... wouldn't that be cool?

And if you all like we can do dinner together at my place... of course Fiona and huuby will be invited.

If you prefer a few days later to be on the safe side that's cool?

What do you all think?

Very happy to get together with the Adelaide gang <img src="> but you'd better make it first week into August to be sure of having your copies for signing (grin!) - it is published August 1 but one never knows how quickly the bookshops will unpack boxes and get them on shelves.

Incidentally, I hope to have a date for that official dinner with the author thing at Lenzerheide this week.

Will post soonest and then you can choose which is preferable.

I've been asked to do a reading at Writer's Caf which is one of the initiatives of the SA Writers Centre and that's on October 24 at Buongiorno's - I'm presuming that's the one on Norwood Parade.

Hey sounds like a plan Steve.........

I was originally planning to take August 1st off to get the book and read it but will try and find the patience to await Friday night at Borders to see the Mistress of the Heartwood and the denizens that inhabit this extension of the Heartwood.

When I examine myself and my methods of thought, I come to the conclusion that the gift of fantasy has meant more to me than my talent for absorbing positive knowledge. Albert Einstein
