,I can honestly say Fiona, I never was much of a fantasy reader until I came upon your series The Quickening, now I can't stop. I am a poor college kid who can barely afford his own rent but I always find a way to get your works shipped over seas. The Trinity Trilogy though holds a special place in my heart. What an amazing story. I just told my fianace the other night that I want to name our first born Torkyn or Alyssa. I have to get her to read the books now!

, , The Trinity Trilogy offers one of the most original stories I have ever read, I def. would put this series ahead of A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin which to this point had been my favorite.

I think its really fun to read through all of your series and see some of the similarities in story lines and names. (The Thicket and The Heartwood/Salmeo and Sallementro)

Keep up the amazing work and work faster! Or at least get me the books here in the US faster!

Hello Bren Ah at last another U.S. reader - we're a bit thin on the ground for those and so thank you very, very much for stopping by. Great to hear from you. It does make me smile when I hear people want to call their beautiful babies after a character. Now Aragorn, okay I understand, but I am hugely touched that Torkyn may make it into your line up. Alyssa, at least is an extremely beautifuly name - especially Alyssandra - and exists in Italian, I think, although probably many variations in other languages. I love the name Tor, though, sounds strong in its short form and mysterious in its longer version. Thank you. I already have a Myrren in Western Australia I think so I might set out to have an entire cast located around the world. Anyone for Goth or Celimus?????? Really pleased that Trinity has satisfied you, Bren, and to speak about it in the same sentence as GRRM is just breathtaking. Thank you enormously for such a fine comment and dare I ask a favour of you? We're hoping to sell Trinity into the U.S. so you don't have such a long wait or expense to get these books from Australia or UK...or Poland or Russia, etc. Feel free to have a rave on amazon. I gather publishers do take note of what's being said there, especially about books that haven't got to the U.S. yet. They read what's happening at UK amazon and it filters through into their consciousness when my name bobs up in conversation Anyway, at least right now The Quickening and Percheron can be enjoyed in their American versions and fingers crossed we should have some news of the sale of Valisar shortly. I promise to keep writing them if you keep reading them! All best to you and your fiancee and every success with your studies. What are you working on? Fx
