i have just been surfing book stores this morning, and checking out both of the Megan L. and Robin H. websites...
there is an excerpt of the 2nd book in the Tawny Man trilogy (Golden Fool) available at the Robin Hobb site:

There is also an excerpt from the 1st book at the site as well.
i havent read it yet, but will in a bit
and news on the Megan Lindholm side of things, the fourth and final Ki and Vandien book is out now in mass paperbnack (i think cos the price at slow glass books is $18.95)
its called "luck of the Wheels"
the other books in the quartet are:
Harpy's Flight
The Windsingers
The Limbreth Gate
oh, and Raymond E. Fiest is also appearing at Slow Glass Books (melb.) on Friday the 20th September 2002 from 4:30pm
