I'm reading How To Be a Domestic Goddess by Nigella Lawson. As I have no novel on the go at present and not allowing myself that luxury until I finish book 3 (10 days to delivery day) I am contenting myself with devouring this gift I bought myself ($75 phew!). What a wonderful read and I want to try baking EVERYTHING in it. It's not her recipes which motivate but her provocative style of writing about food. Lovely stuff.

My sister and bro-in-law love her show. Sis for the cooking, bro for Nigella.
I don't like cooking shows (except Yan Can Cook which was on years ago, that guy could crack me up!!) and I hate cooking, but love eating. Pity about that.

I read cookery books like novels. But believe this one of hers is not only fun and informative but the style of its writing is thoroughly enjoyable.
