Another of my favorite comic book heros come to life....

Let me say I really enjoyed this movie. I went in thinking it would be dissapointing but it wasn't. Ok it wasn't 100% true to the comics (the way he gained his powers) though what they did with the Hulk himself is great.

Fans of the TV show thinking to see more of the same look away... this is the real thing (though may I say the Cameo of Lou Ferringo as a security guard showed he is still looking awesome at somewhere over 50years old)....

The Hulk might not appeal to all but it earns 9/10 Gamma stars for me....

and don't dissagree with me... I might get angry... and you wouldn't like me when I am angry.... :wink2

I enjoyed as well, but I'll only give it 7/10. I'm probably being a bit too critical of it, though, after being a fan of the comics for years. I couldn't generate any sympathy for the characters and I felt that they tried to squeeze too much into the one movie (same as with Daredevil). It's not for everyone but it's still a good fun time. Bana is credible as Banner, Connelly breathes more life into Betty than the comics did (at least until the early 90s when she came into her own) and Sam Elliott does a lovely turn at Betty's father, General Ross. I liked Nolte's performance but it felt a bit disjointed, almost like they weren't sure where they were taking his character.

Of course this is just my opinion. Please see the film and form your own.

I loved this movie, saw it with a friend, although never read the comics in depthly, (<-- is that a word ??) I new the general idea of what the film was about. 8 outta 10 over all and it gets my thumbs up of comics put into movies

I really enjoyed the movie, and my reason is that like movies such as Starship Troopers, etc. it didn't try to be something it wasn't. Banna wasn't a 90 pound weekling as Banner was in the comics, but this can easily be forgiven with his geeky ways around his leading lady. I enjoyed the Cameos and the new twist on how he became the hulk. All in all a good rollercoaster without pretensions, the immense strength of the Hulk was depicted with earth shattering special effects. 7.5/10

well I haven't seen it, and I don't think I will. Someone very near and dear to me went and she said if it wasn't for the popcorn, I would have fallen asleep. Complete waste of money. HAHAHA ::P
