Oh bummer! My boys will kill me if they learn this. I normally sit them through but was freezing in the cinema and desperately needed to find a warm spot!

Yes, Crusie, I can do the splits just like Trinity and I don't hear an awful "snap" sound when I do those seriouly high kicks!

Re-loaded is technically brilliant - amazing effects but for me the story itself isn't as compelling as its predecessor.

Like all middle "books" it suffers a bit from having a lot of story to tell in giving credibility to all that occurred in "book one or film one" and setting up for the big climax of "book 3".

Nevertheless, Neo is fab. I want to fly with Neo!

My kids adored it. My husband hated it but then he never really "got" The Matrix as we did.

p.s. I'm in Trinity mode for a few weeks, dressing in all black, wearing dark glasses inside! Can't afford the leather or the bikes but I drive like her too on the way to school (grin).

Saw it this week-end. Cool effects! It was really nice to see Keanu again (insert drooling emoticon here). <img src=">

I thought there was too much action and not enough story. I couldn't help but smile as the story slipped more and more towards fantasy than science-fiction, with the "Key Maker", and the "Prophecy", and the "Source", etc, etc, etc. <img src=">

But I still think it's a dark story. I mean, if they defeat the machines, what is left of the Earth for them? A big black lifeless rock? How depressing!

*hehehe* You critics... Me personally... I loved it the moment I started watching it. Maybe because I didn't put any thinking towards the story line or what they might have copied off someone... So my opinion is just to take it the way it is.... The fighting scenes are terriffic, graphics and special effects where fantastic, just one of those builds up that wasn't a let down in my book. Hmm, raving here aren't I ?? I should stop right ??? Hmm, must go watch it AGAIN !!!! YAY <img src=">

20 outta 10 <img src=">

P.s. Looking forward to the next one <img src=">

Okay the Mrs. and I have seen it.
Yes I enjoyed it very much and my thoughts on the film are much the same as Fiona's. The middle part of the story always tends to be the difficult one, but we learn't new aspects of the matrix and the real world. I'd say it's on par with the original. Hugo Weaving is brilliant as Agent Smith, especially the way he speaks; perfect. The Keymaker was an interesting character and The Oracle as well. Great work by the Wachowski Brothers; casting a loving-mother type actress to play The Oracle and a great one she is (sorry I have forgotten her name). And no I will not be naming my yet still unborn son Neo or Morpheus or Agent Smith or whoever.

Perhaps you can sneak in at the end of the movie and see it... :x

I loved this movie. I thought it was far superior to the first one which i thought was bad. I thought this one actually made much more sense than the first one.. I will watch it again.

I completely agree with Saint and Fiona on this. The movie had a lot to live up to in my mind. Had I just watched the movie for what it was, I would have loved it..

I felt it had lots of amazing effects and some interesting ideas but also believed it digressed from the philosophies of the first. Some parts left me a little cross! Some parts were pure brilliance! Some parts were unnecessarily repetitive..... but perhaps I have missed something or I am being set up for a fantastic third movie?

The temptation is to see it again just to be sure.....

Yes, I am sorry, but here I go.....

The movie was good. I won't say the best, but it also wasn't the worst I've seen. Some scenes though, I thought could've gotten to the point quicker, shortened or cut.

Such as the scene with Trinity and Neo gettin it off, and the party. I mean, c'mon! You get the picture of what they're gonna do, you see the whole of Zion partyin, but I think you could've cut out alot of that to when he "see's" her fallin again. But then, thats just my opinion.

The scene with the SmithsX100 may've been able to cut down a little.

Lol, The night after seeing it I went to a party that was kinda a 'dess up' type thing. I went as Trinity (of course!) I wore black pants, a black tight top that was a real experience gettin on AND off, my black jacket that goes to my knees, my sisters black school shoes, AND I found a perfect pair of sunnies in the $2 shop! Overall, It worked pretty well! <img src=">

Satine.... agree with you completely!!!!

oh and how about how many times we were told ..... this is the most important night..........

now...... I confess I was looking forward to a Keanu in the sack scene... but something about it just didn't do it for me..... and did not like Trinity being treated like the over-emotional one (in the wish I could bitch slap her scene)

yes, I am being picky.... don't get me wrong, I still felt it was one of the best movies I have seen, just not up there with the first one....

Satine.... I agree with you completely.. I thought that scene were they hit the sack was far to long..and with all that dancing...I was hoping it would finish.....
It was great seeing Keenau <img src=lider"> ..such a cutie...
boy I would love to move like him and Trinity...it makes u want to get up of your seat and jump and fly around..
I thought the car scene was great....but I still felt the first movie was the best....
I cant wait for number three.
