I only saw this movie the other week, and (it has been a while since i've seen the others, keep in mind) i think i enjoyed this one more.
Also, i saw this one in widescreen, and the 1st two i saw in the cinema, but in fullscreen on DVD.
I think a large part of this was visually. I really liked the landscapes/scenery etc more than what i remembered from the others so far.
(and i will ignore the advances in CGI for now)
i think that will do for now
btg
*EDIT*
before anyone says anything, i have also read the books
