After Troy & Arthur, we're afraid to pick the next film we see.
Chronicles of Riddock,
HellBoy
Alien vs Predator
Which would you suggest?
Thanks & Adios

1 HellBoy Looks like it will be fun and hey The Hurt-meister will be in there so....
2 Alien vs Predator If it's half as good as the hype this will make up for Predator 2

3 Chronicles Of Riddock has a lot to live up to in my mind, so much was done with relatively little in Pitch Black and that helped make his character so much larger than life.
Hope that helps

But given how different our tastes are maybe if you go to the opposite one to my top pick you'll have a blast

Well, Troy was a major disappointment, though having Brad Pitt should have been warning enough. Arthur (as in King Arthur?) was okay, IMO. But then, I'm a sucker for a goateed guy in black leather on a war horse any day...
Chronicles of Riddick - I seem to be about the only person who liked this movie. I really enjoyed it. It slipped away from the down and dirty universe of Pitch Black but created its own feel and environments. I found the story very intriguing and hope they make the next two...
Alien Vs Predator - wasn't as bad as I was expecting. It actually had a half way decent plot and at least one likable character. That is about two steps up from your usual B-grade monster horror flicks (of which I am a great fan, for the cheese factor alone).
HellBoy - was fun and that was about it.
Only about six months too late, but my opinions never go off...

Cheers, Lisa.
