Just watched the first two installments of 24 season 6 last night and wow!. , , , Fast paced as usual, invincible Jack Bauer. , , The ad for this Thursday said that episodes 3 &, 4 are the BEST two 24 episodes ever filmed. , Hope they are talking it up to much because my expectations are pretty high now.

I LOVE JACK BAUER!!!!!!!!!!! POTENTIALLY EVEN MORE THAN COLIN FIRTH AS MR DARCY!!!!!!! I now have the CTU ringtone for my mobile. Whenever it's one of my sons ringing I always answer "Jack Bauer" and they answer "I kill everyone!" We're big, big Bauer fans. And strange - always disliked Kiefer Sutherland but in this role he is brilliant. Glad you're enjoying Murray. Fx

Can't you love them both obessively in different ways? It took me ages to work out that Donald sutherland was Keifer sutherlands fater. But i had always like Donald so i guess it rubbed off a little. Keifer did great voice acting in Armitage III which put him in the luv pile before 24. the add breaks are annoying in 24.

His voice is definitely one of my favourites. I ignored Kiefer for yonks because don't enjoy his dad at all. But as Jack, KS is incredible and 24 should only be watched on DVD. Ditto Grey's Anatomy. One's highly charged, filled with tension that shouldn't be broken by a carpet salesman yelling at you and the other is just hugely emotional and doesn't require yet another car ad in between the tears.
