I have not typed a thing until this past week. I started my second draft the other day. I finally feel emotionally enthusiastic enough to bring the characters back to life.

I'm enjoying reading this forum and the intelligent level of discussion.

Just thought I'd let ya know. <img src=">

Write, write, write BB and you BB too. so says I - BH.

In fact keep writing everyone. The more you all write the less disillusioned I get with my own lack of recent effort.

My biggest problem is research. I love to do it and get myself caught up in it. I get an idea and think to myself: I just need to know a little bit about this and this to make sure it is realistic. Then I start to do a bit of research and end up doing more and more.

Currently I am reading books on the military religious orders, life in medieval castles and the medieval traveller. See what mean?

And before you ask - no I can't just write like Fiona does. I've tried and it is just not in my character. And besides all that research is fascinating and gives me a good excuse for why I'm not writing.

Well, may I please have all your research as you are not using it and I am hopeless at it? I'll take all of it and say nice things about you at the front of my next book :b

Well said BB and BB. I'm hoping all writers here continue to egg each other on and offer the fantastic support that is already evident. You really are a lovely and I echo BB1 on this, intelligent lot.
