Greetings etc etc... I've just got a quick question for ya... (thanks). How can i actually be able to use the chat box? i click on the box labelled start chat, and a window pops up, and then the background goes blue, and then.... nothing... (am i just not being patient enough, and it is loading even though the popup seems to be doing nothing?) i thought it might have been because i was using the Firefox browser, instead of Internet Explorer, but it didnt work in IE either.. Also, the connection to internet 'thingy' in the system tray (that looks like two computers linked to each other) shows no information is being transferred to or from my computer. Hi BTG, What ISP are you using? I've tried on Optus, Telstra and Primus without problems. In the meantime you can try is when the pop-up opens... after say 5 seconds, [b]right[/b] click on the pop-up, then left click on properties. You will see an Address (URL) field when using using IE 6 Double click on the address bar and copy it (CTRL+C), then paste (CTRL+V) it in a reply here, as then I can see if there is any error message in the address. Cheers :y [b]Edit:[/b] I checked with firefox, no problems there on each of the ISPs, so I'm guessing there is another culprit. Let me know when you'll be on and I'll help you through it.

OK that helped BIG time, now we know that for some reason your new browser window isn't carrying your password along for the ride... I'll ask Steve what the best course of action is. :y

Still just the blue screen... with both browsers...
