That's easy :) To fix a problem, the guys need to be able to see the problem in action. So when I said we couldn't replicate it. It was because we each tried to log on using the same software and the problem didn't show it's ugly little head. That leaves us with a process of elimination. i.e. What is different between your computer and the ones being used in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide by the guys and girls testing it out? Once we have that little sucker we know why a few are having the problem and not the rest. Alrighty next question. Does it happen every time? e.g. Try clicking on my name (or even your own) and let me know if you get the not authorized problem after replying to this message. Cheers :y
