Can anyone help? I've registered, but it seems the system doesn't like me much I try to login with the username and password I chose, but to no avail. What have I done wrong?

When you register, an email will be sent to the address you registered with. In that email is a link which authenticates you. Click on that link and away you go

Hello, I'll use this thread as I have the same problem in blue: I registered and did NOT receive an e-mail confirmation even though I provided a valid e-mail adress. Of course, the chosen password won't work either, neither in Mozilla nor with IE. What should I do? Thank you for your help Flute

Hi Flute, We had to urgently move servers on Monday - I forced the software to resend all confirmation emails, you'll get a message from the Forum Gremlin soon. If not, please email me at fantasyscifi@hotmail.com (I also use that for Live Messenger if you prefer) Cheers, Trent

Check that the email address is correct in your profile, Flute. By forcing the system to send the email again, it activates a grace period - but if you don't follow the link in that email, then the login will stop working. if you're unsure - drop me a quick email and we'll nip it in the bud before it becomes a nuisance for you later. Yeah i can't log in. i guess this would be the place to go! I haven't received a confirmation email but i guess i'll wait a couple of days and see what happens just to be sure! Looking forward to talking to you all ^_^

Hi sorry! The username was mouldycheese. My email is chickens_rule2@hotmail.com I noticed before that you mentioned about some problems with the free emails...?

thanks mouldycheese, I'll have a look and make the system send out another confirmation email. Re: free emails Roughly one in 50 emails seems to have a problem, of those most are to either hotmail or yahoo addresses. The software is being upgraded with a new email system, so even the 1 in 50 should be a thing of the past soon.
