Could we get a list of what people are bringing or what still needs to be on the list so we don't have 20 bowls of twisties and 30 bowls of chocolate please?

Not that there is anything wrong with Twisties OR chocolate, but I'd like to fit through the doors on the way ,out /

How about making a list of things that are needed and also how many -then people can select what to bring and advise accordingly - the list is then modified by a few self nominated people /volunteers.

For example - 12 pizzas, 11 types of crudities??? , 10 sticks of kabana, 9 ??, 8 ??? , 7 of ???, 6 of ???,  5 of french bread sticks, 4 pkts of assorted savoury biscuits/wafers , 3 of pates and dips, 2 of brie, cheddar and camembert cheeses, and 1partiridge shaped chocolate in a chocolate Xmas pear tree.  Do we also bring the drinks? How many are required?

What does the final list look like ...   Hmmm ...

This is next week right - a bit late to get in touch with everyone (no-one responded to this for weeks) and get them to agree to do whatever - how about  a handful of people doing/getting he food stuff and everyone else pays a contribution of $5 or something...?   We might need to make it simple - mini pies/pasties from Perryman's, savoury platters ????

I'm happy to my part if it helps....

I'm not initiating this I'm assuming that someone is doing something already and hasn't posted on the board yet - that's why I posted at the beginning of the month and again now - to find out who and what.

I for one (as promised) have been stealing lollies from reception.

Unfortunately my fellow office drones from sector E5 and myself have then been eating the said stolen lollies so my plan isn't actually looking that good. Maybe time for plan B....
