Aha, the exciting bit begins! I am thrilled to confirm that Greg Bridges - who did the Percheron covers - is going to be working on the Valisar series and today he and I discussed the front cover for volume one. I adore Greg's work and really I never feel I have to brief him but it was delicious all the same to be discussing how we feel the various elements should appear. I will keep you posted on progress. This really is one of the highlights of when a book is coming together - well, for me anyway!

While buying book 2 and 3 of Percheron on amazon.fr, I found this :

and a release date on amazon.fr for October 1th !!!! How exciting! (for once we, French riders can have it soon! not 6 month after everyone else )

I love the cover art, it's beautiful! I love how your name is writing, the colors, and the strong emblematic (don't know if this word even exist in english  ;)

Yes, so different. The Australian cover - which I've only seen early stages of, is terrific but much more traditional and faithful to the 'fantasy look'. This is very fresh and original isn't it? I think it's starkness will make it attractive to readers.
