For you Stephanie Meyer fans, most of the cast has been firmed up for the Movie adaptation of Twilight with a planned release in Dec '08. Look here for details www.stepheniemeyer.com/twilight_movie.html .

ps: the fourth and final book in the series, Breaking Dawn is due to hit the street in the US on August 2, 2008; I haven't been able to find out the date of the AU release.

To be honest I've only read the first two, and found twilight to be the best, I couldn't get into the second because it became far too predictable. Can't wait for the movie though, it'll be exciting to see how they've adapted it and what the characters are like.

They've released a short trailer through myspace! I dont have the link on me... but if you just go to myspace you should be able to find it! Im so excited about this movie! Twilight is awesome! New Moon was alright, but i must say Eclipse has been my favourite!!

Cant wait!!!!

The first completed scene of the movie is available on an MTV site linked from Stephanie's website. Interestingly, it's a scene from near the end of the book. Looks interesting; very dark, but interesting.
