I got an email today that made me think of you Fiona, so I had to share:

Chocolate Appreciation Course - NSW
Are you passionate about chocolate? Want to learn everything about chocolate? Then our Chocolate Connoisseur Appreciation course is the answer. We will cover everything from the history of chocolate and how it is made through to origins and blends, specialty chocolates and chocolate desserts.

Not that you need a course, I'm guessing you may even be able to teach a course on appreciating chocolate, lol, but like I said, it made me think of you so I had to share

I so want to book for this course! Yes, I reckon I could host it in terms of appreciation of chocolate but I love the idea of learning from it. I'm going to see if my diary will permit me to travel to Sydney in August and I can attend!!! I'll let you know - thanks hugely. x

Oh wow, I didnt think you'd actually be interested, there's annother one in QLD, but I guess sydney's easier for you to travel to... I'l be wrapped if you go & enjoy & i was the one to tell you bout it, lol
