SEAN WILLIAMS ASKED ME TO LET ALL ADELAIDEANS KNOW: On the 18th of April, the SA Writers' Centre will hold a quiz night for members and friends at the Nexus Multicultural Arts Centre. If you attended the last quiz night, you'll remember the raucous and celebratory affair it was. Events such as these provide a valuable opportunity for the community of writers the centre supports to get together and compete over trivia. They also raise much-needed funds in order that the centre can continue providing expert services to its members. We hope that this year's event will be even more successful on all counts. I probably won't be able to make it although I will try - this is Fiona talking now - but everyone is welcome so get together a table of six @ $10 per head. A good night out is promised. Please book early and remember, this is a major fundraiser for the SA Writers Centre that does so many good things for writers in this state.
