I'm sure we've had a thread about Boston Legal before, but it seems to have disappeared so.......

Who else watches/has watched it? I love it, up until a few weeks ago I had only seen a few episodes here & there on late night TV (mostly from season 2), but I got seasons 1 & 2 on dvd when I was overseas, so I've seen all of season 1 now & am nearly half way through season 2, so yesterday & went out & bought season 3, lol...

Its great, the writing is brilliant, Denny Cranye & Alan Shore are such a great characters, so unpredictable, i cant stop watching - i watched 6 episodes in a row on the wknd!!!

I think it's the very best writing on television. I have raved about BL previously so won't bore you but last Christmas we rented all the DVDs and watched them one episode after another until we were dribbling. It was fantastic, though and Alan Shore is about as good as a character can get - so complex, so twisted, so delicious. Love him and Denny is just plain barmy. What a great pair. I think we've watched four series now??? The storylines are going mad but the characters are irresistible so we'll keep on buying into it. Keep enjoying!

I must admit that I have only just started watching BL in the last few weeks. It follows "Dirty Sexy Money" so the TV doesn't get turned off in between.

I am enjoying watching it but I think I need to take a little longer to get used to the characterisation, I think with having worked in a legal office so recently it is kinda crossing paths in my brain but yeah I will keep watching.

HAIL the fantasy writer!

I freaking love Boston Legal. It's hilarious. It's all the good bits of David E. Kelley's TV shows (Ally McBeal, The Practice) rolled into one with James Spader, Candice Bergen and William Shatner rolled into one. Chuck in some amazing scripting and some funky editing moves (for film nerds like me, haha) and you have yourself a brilliant TV show.
