Phew, just completed this big edit and feeling relieved that the kinks have been ironed out in the story with the help of an editor.
Now we move into a line edit, which I'll probably handle over the Christmas period.
I've had such distance from the this project that it's rather amazing to read the story again after a long time. I'd forgotten so much of it.
Out mid 2009 we believe.

I'll have to add it to my collection when it comes out for kids books for when my daughter is old enough to read!

Yes, that's one edit completed - the toughest one. There'll be at least two more but they are mainly reading and approving rather than having to write anymore or re-think some of the plot.
