Well, seeing as Valentine's Day is officially over in Australia, I'm interested in how you all spend it, and who you spend it with.
As for me, I'm single in London, so what else is a good girl to do for Valentine's than go out for dinner with a close friend, and share a very big bottle of wine

"> And I'll be doing the same thing.

I forgot about the time difference when sending my Valentines to Australia, so the people I sent them to will be mighty amused when they receive a valentines card in a couple of weeks!
Hope your Valentines were magical, and that you all made the most of your company on Valentines, even if it was just the box and an extra large tub of icecream.

Dystran,
It is not just the single ones... I will happily admit that it is commercialised and only for the young lovers anyway, then feel a tad dissapointed when it is just another night....
So Seren, my valentines day was spent working during the day and studying and reading at night with a glass of red by my side....
How about everyone else?

Well it is a custom when single to complain about how commercialised and silly valentines day is

">
Me - I will be going out for a few drinks and watch all the lucky couples having fun, and then complaining to anyone that listens that it is all so commercialised and silly! heh

IT is commercialised but also nice to so many young people making an effort.

My better half and I went to the Gold Coast and dined at a seaside cafe. The fillet mignon was excellent, but the seafood mornay left a little to be desired. Still an excellent evening thanks to the company (my wife).

I "worked" all day, yeh right, the office was in a state of high alert as flowers were delivered every hour. Then pub day! Just another day really.

My Valentines Day was spent in a dungeon, barely concious, with an angry mob buzzing in my ear, threatening to pull my brains out with a hook.
Classroom, Teachers, Classes, Valentines...BAH HUMBUG!
(that does seem to be the prase of the...month?

I wasnt going to delete them at all... until Snowy reminded me that I have a duty to perform... more like she shamed me into action. The offending post has been deleted.
Anything else you would like me to do Snowy my friend?
