Finished ",The Quickening",, after having sleepless nights not being able to find the last book in Wellington, saved by a small bookshop........what would we do without them?

Am now reading The trinity books, and to save any nightmareish troubles later on in the proceedings, bought all 3 at the same time! , I just wish they would last longer, but can't put them down!!!!!

Enjoying the characterisations immensely, and can't wait for Goth to get what is (I sincerely hope!)coming to him...

Any chance of something new soon. , Don't know how long I can wait!

Welcome to the club

You are a very wise person.....  I well remember having to wait months for the next dose of Fiona's world....

many a reader has attempted to venture through the heartwood  slowly.....  and no matter how hard we have all tried, it has been barred doors, neglected families and no sleep until we have devoured every last word

Fret not lovely reader in Wellington...sorry, we don't have your name yet but I'm guessing it's CC? Anyway, thanks for enjoying all the books so much. You'll be pleased to know then that book one of Percheron, called Odalisque, hits NZ bookshelves at the beginning of November. I suggest you stick with the little book shop in Wellington that's been so reliable - please thank owner/manager from me! Enjoy Odalisque. F

Oh, Wellington...the Windy City.

I lived in Christchurch for a couple of years, and a mate of a mate owned a pub in Wellington. Many's the time we'd grab the ferry, roll off at the other end, roll into the pub, roll out of the pub, roll back in the ferry and then roll off at Christchurch.

In two years I never saw more of Wellington than that one pub...but it was a very nice pub. (So they tell me.)

Adios :pimp
